1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pinnacle Construction’s products and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Prices and specifications may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are only processed upon full payment confirmation.

We accept various payment methods, which will be confirmed at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, subject to a 20% handling fee.

Opened products cannot be returned unless defective, and if approved, a 20% handling fee applies.

Items on sale cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Liability & Warranty

Pinnacle Construction is not responsible for damages caused by improper use or installation of products.

Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
