Return & Refund Policy – Pinnacle Construction
At Pinnacle Construction, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Returns for Unopened Products
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return any unopened products.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
A 20% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Exchanges
You may exchange your product within 7 days of receiving the product.
If the product you are exchanging for is cheaper, you will receive the difference of the amount owed to you less 20% handling fee.
If the product you are exchanging for is more expensive, you will have to pay the difference via EFT. Proof of account will be made available if you request.
Note that when we refund the difference, we require a proof of bank account to confirm it is the original person that bought the product.
Products may not be exchanged if they are damaged, if the original packaging is damaged/opened or not present or if it misses the deadline of 7 days.
2. Returns for Opened Products
Opened products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If approved for return, a 20% handling fee will apply.
Note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed.
